Mythic Gear is Customer-Friendly
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Heck, let's rephrase that: we want you feel like a five-year-old who just received a puppy, an iPad, and a trip to Disney World*. Our warranty and our procedures for returns and product service are designed to accomplish just that. But if you have problems at any time, feel free to contact our Mythical founder and president, Bob Holtzman. He'll try to make it right.
Mythic Gear drysuits are warranted to the original consumer owner within the U.S. and Canada against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Latex gaskets and zippers and commercial uses are not covered by this warranty. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at Mythic Gear's discretion.
Warranty Service and Repairs
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us for Return Authorization:
We will give you instructions for returning your drysuit when you request Return Authorization. Returns made without Return authorization will delay your service and may result in added shipping charges.
For non-warranty service, Express Dry Suit Repair is Mythic Gear's recommended provider. They do great work on all kinds of drysuit repairs, including gasket replacement. Contact them directly:
Exchange of Wrong Size
You can avoid the hassle and delay of getting the wrong size drysuit by following our sizing instructions before you order. If you're still unsure, please contact us and we'll be glad to help you you out. We want you to get the right size drysuit the first time.
But if you do get the wrong size suit, we'll make it easy to exchange it for the right one. Simply contact Mythic Gear for Return Authorization and shipping instructions. (Failure to obtain Return Authorization will cause a delay in shipping you the right size.)
Only unused drysuits may exchanged for another size. Try it on? Of course. Wear it around the house? Yup. Wear it outside while paddling, cutting bait, mowing the lawn or shopping? Sorry, no. All size-exchanges must be in new, saleable condition.
