Service for Accessories

Our own drysuits are covered by special warranty and service policies. Read about them here. This page concerns all other products that Mythic Gear sells. 

Any non-drysuit product may be returned for a refund if it is damaged, defective, or not as described. Unused products may also be returned for an exchange if they are not the right size, unless the product description explicitly prohibits size exchanges. (That's why we ask you to measure certain items carefully before you order.) Used products may not be exchanged unless defective.

Requests for refunds, returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt, except that products that fail due to problems of materials or workmanship are covered for 30 days. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

To request a refund, return or exchange, contact us at support@mythicdrysuits.com or 530-350-6984. We'll need to know your name, your order number, the product, the nature of the problem, and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. 

When we authorize a return, pack it up in its original shipping carton with all of the original packing materials and literature and send it to us at this address:

We urge you to examine your order immediately upon receipt and to try it out within the 10-day period for refunds, returns and exchanges to make sure it works properly. Do not return products without authorization. They will not be processed.
